Food has a very important place in Moroccan culture. Major occasions, such as the birth of a baby or a wedding, are celebrated with special dishes and delicacies. Our menu honours tradition, although our cook might occasionally add a surprising twist to the classic dishes.The restaurant is open in the afternoon as well as in the evening and it is always possible to eat à la carte. We have designed this all-inclusive formula for travellers who like to be pampered by our staff. Our chefs will take you on a voyage of discovery through Moroccan cuisine. Expect excellent oriental salads, tagines, lamb, chicken, köfte, pastillas, avocado cream, creative chocolate dishes and many more delicious goods.
As we want to stand for ‘that touch of extra’, we also offer the possibility to enjoy a luxurious candlelit dinner. This can be held on the roof terrace overlooking the medina, or at a place of your own choice. Included in this option: appetizers or aperitif, five dishes and adapted wines and coffee or mint tea.
