Moroccan pastry course

Our resident chef Fahima will take you along into the wonderful world of Moroccan pastry. We will start off with making some purchases. She will bring you along into the maze of little streets within the Medina in order to collect the required ingredients.
We can certainly guarantee you a delicious preparatory trip.
You will subsequently get to work in the large kitchen and prepare the various different cakes together.
Honey cake, coloured almond balls, apricot cake, lemon cake, …
You will be given a box full of these delicious goodies to take home with you when you leave.
